An Individual purchase of items totaling between $75.00 and $124.99 will earn you 1 “Scratch & Win” Ticket. If you make a purchase of $125.00 or more, you will earn 2 Tickets. Additionally, ESP purchases will earn tickets in the following way: ESP-1 = 1 Ticket, ESP-2 = 2 Tickets, ESP-3 = 3 Tickets. That’s all there is to it! And with the holidays right around the corner, there couldn't be a better time to have a few extra boxes of product on hand. To be eligible to enter, individuals must, during the promotional period, purchase Gano Excel products in the amount of $75 or more in a single transaction and mail or submit in-person the winning Gano Lotto ticket to Gano Excel USA corporate offices in Irwindale, California. Gano Excel customers and Affiliates will earn one or more Gano Lotto tickets based on the amount of their single transaction: $75.00 - $124.99 = 1 Ticket, $125.00 – $994.99 = 2 Tickets, $995.00 and above = 3 Tickets. The Gano Lotto Scratch & Win promotion is only for customers and Affiliates residing in the United States of America. Every ticket contains a prize. The entrant must scratch their card to reveal their prize. To claim any instant prize, winners must mail in their original scratch card, a copy of their invoice along with their Affiliate ID#, name, address, contact phone number and email address to “Gano Lotto 2011 Promotion” Gano Excel | USA, 4828 Fourth Street, Irwindale, CA 91706. Upon receipt and verification of the scratch card/receipt, Gano Excel will send confirmation and/or prize to the winner within 35 days of receipt of the winning ticket. Gano Excel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. All claims for instant win prizes must be received by last mail on 12/05/2011. Failure by Gano Excel to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
3. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
4. Promotion commences on 10/17/2011 and closes on 11/27/2011. All claims for instant win prizes must be received by 12/5/2011.
5. All claims for winning Gano Lotto tickets must be claimed either in person or via mail at Gano Excel USA 4824 Fourth Street, Irwindale, CA 91706. Fill out and submit your winning card including all required information (i.e. Affiliate ID #, Name, Address, Phone, etc.)
6. All prizes will be available and/or distributed within 35 days of Gano Lotto ticket submission.
